Alan Rogers Review
Kautenbach is an all-year site in the heart of the Luxembourg Ardennes. The site was established over 50 years ago and although in an idyllic location, it is less than a mile from a railway station with regular trains to Luxembourg city to the south. There are 135 touring pitches here, mostly of a good size and with reasonable shade. Most pitches have electrical connections (10A). This is excellent walking country with many tracks around the site. The site managers will be happy to recommend walks for all abilities. Kautenbach has an attractive bistro style restaurant, specialising in local cuisine, as well as a large selection of whiskies!

Two toilet blocks with open style controllable washbasins and showers, baby changing. Facilities for disabled visitors (key). Dishwashing and laundry. Shop for basics (high season, bread to order). Restaurant, bar/snack bar. Direct river access. Fishing. Children’s playground. Tourist information. Mobile homes for rent. Internet café.

Location
Getting there...
Head south from Namur on the A4 and then join the N4 (junction 15). Continue on the N4 to Bastogne and then join the N84 towards Wiltz. Follow signs to Kautenbach on the CR331 and the site is well signposted from here.
