Alan Rogers Review
La Rigole is located high in the hills above Lac des Cammazes. Although the site slopes, of the 66 pitches, the 34 for touring are on small terraces and many have quite deep shade. All have electricity (4-13A). There is a small bar and snackbar. One evening each week in main season a regional meal is organised. Small children are well catered for with play areas for tiny tots and under 7s. There is a delightful children’s farm with animals. The site is totally unsuitable for American RVs and large units.
Facilities
Fairly modern toilet block. Baby room. Facilities for disabled campers (although the slopes might be difficult). Washing machines, dryer. Small shop. Bar. Takeaway. Swimming pool and children’s pool. All open in high season. Table tennis. Badminton. Volleyball. Boules. WiFi (free).

Getting there...
Les Cammazes is 25 km. northeast of Castelnaudary, 10 km. southeast of Revel. From Revel take D629 to Cammazes, continue through village, after 1 km. turn left towards Barrage (site signed), site entrance 200 m. on right.
